Collar horn set is one kind of product produced by PT. Mada Wikri Tunggal to fulfill the needs of its customer, namely PT. Astra Honda Motor. The process of making collar horn sets in this company is through 4 processes, namely blanking, bending 1, bending 2, and curling. And the process is not effective because it takes a long time, a long process, the number of operators and the use of a lot of stamping machine. So to make a collar horn set requires a long cycle and inefficient. Therefore, the purpose of this scientific work, to reduce the process of making press tools that combine the three processes into a process on multiple-slide machine. Multiple-slide machine is a machine that process metal formation by using compressive force to change the shape or size of metal with one-time processing in a fast time. The research method is done by trial and error, the first step is observation and formulate the problems that will likely arise, then proceed with designing, making the calculation of style and determine the material. Then proceed with machining process. After the result of the press tool as expected, then assemble the compression tool component on a multiple-slide machine. Then make a collar horn product set with trial and error method. After doing the trial and error methods then the collar is formed according to the desired. This collar horn product set made with SPCC material. The design of this dies has several parts: die holder, pin holder, collar pin, punch bending 1, punch bending 2, punch cutting, and bending. This horn collar set can be made with the help of multiple slide machine and use dies collar horn set itself. The results obtained are having an outer diameter of 8.5 [mm] and an internal diameter of 6.5 [mm] with a height of 5.1 [mm] and a thickness of 1 [mm] and the impact has no scrap wasted.
