Generally, an engine system is using a fossil energy as a fuel,while a non-fossil energy engine is using air, water and solar energy as a fuel. A fossil energy engine system is producing pollutant and CO2 which can damage the environment while a non-fossil energy engine system is relatively require a large space and cannot be moved. So, a new portable engine system with stable motion and environmentally friendly need to be designed, using repulsive force between a magnet as an energy producer to create a method or an engine system mechanism that working without a fuel. Magnet is placed in two different plate of stator and rotor with similiar magnetic pole between, in stop condition, stator will expands and magnet will not repel each other. When stator is closed (not expanding), magnet will repeling each other and rotating the shaft. On a certain speed, governor will expand and making the stator disc expand and avoiding the rotor disc, which functionate as stabilizer and controlling the engine rotation speed at once, after the speed of the engine is reduced in result of the repulsive force is lessen because of the distance between the magnet is getting further, governor will back into conical position and making the rotor and stator approach, making the repulsive force between the magnet is increased. The rotation that produced is continued to the alternator that connected to the shaft and producing an output in the form of electric current that can be utiized, to stop the machine, a brake is pulled and making the shaft locked and stator expanding avoidong the rotor and making the engine back to the first condition which caused by the spring that can be found in the governor pendulum. This method is applicated into Squid Engine.
