This vibration leads to reduced connection time of the structure such as the occurrence of cracks in welded joints, reduced bearing life, reduced bearing reliability, and bearing damage, may disrupt and disable fuel fueling process on Separate Line Calciner (SLC) clinker on the rotary kiln. To know the exact cause of vibration, vibration spectrum analysis is done, and the cause is looseness on structural. High vibration can be overcome by changing the natural value of frequency in the tool. There are 3 ways to change the natural frequency that is changing the mass of the machine / tool, the addition of the amplifier, and the addition of the silencer. Therefore it is necessary to redesign to reduce the value of vibration. by adding brace of 2 steel channel CBeam with the size of 250 x 90 x 6 mm and length 1520 mm placed on the base of the motor. Meanwhile, to identify physical characteristics and reaction to static load simulated by using solidwork program. From the redesign foundation (base) blower V94-BL 2 obtained the maximum voltage and deformation on the base so that the base can reduce the vibration value of 5.5 mm / s from 23 mm / s on the motor and 7.0 mm / s from 13 mm / s on the blower.
