| 4. | Description | Abstract | Pada proses pembuatan Box Girder di workshop PT Bukaka Teknik Utama unit Flyover Japek Elevated II alat pengangkat dan pemindah sangat diperlukan. Salah satu peroses yang memelukan alat pengangkat dan pemindah yaitu drilling splice plate. Rancang bangun ini bertujuan untuk membuat Jib Crane berkapasitas 1 ton di PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama. Sebelumnya pada proses pemindahan drilling splice plate menggunakan forklift tetapi cara ini tidak efektif karena tidak bisa menjangkau tempat yang ada pada bagian dalam line drilling area. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu adanya alat pemindah berupa Jib Crane yang dapat menjangkau seluruh area line drilling agar proses pemindahan drilling splice plate menjadi lebih efektif. Metodelogi yang digunakan adalah merancang bangun Jib Crane 1 ton untuk alat bantu pemindah pelat after drilling berdasarkan hasil identifikasi area workshop dan beban maksimal pada pelat yang akan dipindahkan. Sehingga dapat dilakukan proses rancang bangun Jib Crane untuk membantu pemindahan pelat after drilling. |
