Perancangan Fasilitas Jembatan Untuk Memindahkan Main Drive Motor Cement Mill

Abstract

Cement mill is an equipment that serves to grind cement raw materials. The type of cement mill used by PT Holcim Indonesia Tuban plant is Vertical Roller mill product from Loesche. Milled material are(IS) clinker, gypsum and additive (limestone filler, fly ash and pozzolan). The material ar(IS) milled between the master roller and rotary table until it reaches a predetermined smoothness. (THE)Rotary table itself is driven by an electric motor with 5200 kW power. To maintain the performance of the cement mill, maintenance must be done periodically so equipment is always in top condition. One of his efforts is to overhaul. In overhaul cement mill PT Holcim Indonesia Tuban plant 2018 is one that must be done is to replace the main drive motor cement mill 561- MD1. Main drive replacement is performed due to an indication of defects in NDE (Non Drive End) bearing detected with a vibration value of 19.5 m / s² . The main constraint in the process of replacing the main drive is the difficulty of moving due to the weight of about 25 tons, limited field conditions and limited lifting facilities. Therefore, we need a tool that can move the main drive cement mill 561- MD1 from the initial position to the exit of the building, to then be moved with a mobile crane. A solid bridge design to facilitate these needs is supported by a knock down and effective system is the goal of this study. The structure of this bridge facility uses H-beam as its structure. Meanwhile, to identify the physical characteristics, the load and material used solidworks software so that voltage and deformation can be obtained as well as the minimum dimensions that can still be used on the bridge buffer structure with mild steel material.
