Wind turbines are technologies at converting kinetic energy into mechanical energy. One of them is converted into electrical energy. The term used in Indonesia when a wind turbine is used as a power plant is a Bayu Power Plant (PLTB). Bayu Power Plant (PLTB) or windmill, in this text hereinafter called Wind Turbine, is a technology of electricity generation from wind energy source. Wind turbine type HAWT-TSD-500W located precisely on the coast of Kampung Bungin, Muara Gembong Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency , can generate 500 watts of electrical power, turbine construction consists of blade, shaft, generator and in pairs with a height of 10 meters. Turbines convert kinetic energy from wind flow into mechanical energy through the propeller and shaft, this mechanical energy can be converted further. to become another form of energy as needed. One of them is converted into electrical energy. Turbine operates since September 2017 and turbine conditions are now damaged due to damage. The damage is possible due to the absence of maintenance schedules applied to the installation of the Wind turbine. The environmental conditions in which the turbine is mounted contain corrosive acids causing corrosive blades and causing blade fractures, corrosive towing corrosion slicing wires and breaking up. With the duration of operation of the machine 24 hours per day then the machine requires regular maintenance. The problem that occurs is a serious disturbance that leads to damage levels both mechanically and electrically. So it takes a scheduled maintenance action so that the Wind Turbine can operate on good reliability. This research is conducted to determine the preventive maintenance schedule along with its SOP. The final result of this activity is the preparation of daily maintenance schedule, monthly, and annual SOP from the installation.
